Insurance and Billing Policy
The Richfield Medical Group is a participating provider for Medicare and most major insurance carriers and healthplans. Please provide us with insurance information at each visit, including the subscriber and patient information in order to submit your claims for payment. Ultimately you are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. All copays are due at the time of service. Please remember that accounts are due and payable upon receipt of your first statement. Patients with a balance 90 days old may be required to pay at time of service. For your convenience, Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash are all accepted methods of payment. Out of state patients will be required to pay in full at time of service.
