Dr. Bagley is the best doctor I’ve ever had, and I was so happy to see that she joined this group. She has cared for my family for years, and even my adult children still rely on her for their primary care. She is compassionate, attentive, and makes you feel truly heard. She comes into appointments prepared, already aware of your concerns, and takes time to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully. Her knowledge and kindness make every visit feel personal and reassuring. Our family has been so fortunate to be in her care for all these years. Highly recommend this medical clinic. I started as a new patient in fall 2025 and have had several excellent interactions with everyone from the front desk, billing, and my assigned primary care doctor. The building has been updated and the waiting area is comfortable. Parking is easy and the location is super easy to get to off of 66th and just down from 35W.

While the reception staff are competent and professional and the provider I saw was initially very amenable, when I wanted to talk about a specific health concern that was so severe as to impact my ability to work, it was dismissed wholesale. I was also told that I was unable to speak to my provider on the phone or on a virtual visit due to insurance reasons, even just to discuss medication side effects, when all my other providers do this. When I brought up that this was an accessibility concern, as my health condition currently prohibits driving or using public transportation- something the clinic is aware of, as they helped me fill out a Metro Mobility form- they told me there were no exceptions and sent me a letter discharging me from this clinic. So, if all you need is for someone to help you watch your blood pressure, this might be a great clinic for you. But God save you if anything truly terrible happens to you and you need someone in your corner during a time of need.

I was born into Richfield Medical Group and have been seeing doctors there for the past 47 years. Dr. Nelson knows my family so well. He takes time to ask about us as people, not as patients. I would highly recommend Richfield Medical Group to anyone. We love the staff, nurses, and doctors!

They are close to home, have an excellent staff, and the Dr’s are great. We see Dr Nelson and he cares about his patients. He listens and gives good care and advise. Even though I know I need to lose weight he doesn’t harp about it constantly. We hope to continue our journey with RMG.
